Im baaaaaack! After ling break I post you guys my breakfast recipe. I usually wake up drink around 1 liter of water than hit bannana smoothie with raw cacao n aome big ass salat wit lots of berries diffrent leafy greens some fructose from apples n peaches n selery. Than alkalizing on tons of lemon water and im all good until 12-13. I will post some exact morning salats recipes soon. Eat healthy die pretty!
